Allan got to tattoo Hata a few days ago, and if you know Hata you'll know that this is something that doesn't happen too often.
In fact, Allan hadn't tattooed him since our first trip to Japan back in 2004.
Pretty big deal!
But a small tattoo, so despite a bunch of whining and complaining, he survived.

So, we're (obviously) still in Japan.
We're trying to have a bit of a vacation, and for me that means not answering emails in a timely manner.
Bear with me, i need the time off.
Also, we're not taking any bookings at the moment anyway, so if it's not urgent, it'll just have to wait.
Everything will be back to normal (whatever that means) in the beginning of May.

Also, we have changed the date of the official opening party yet again.
It seems that me and Allan are the only two people at the shop in May, so it'd be a little silly to have the party then.
So, after much consideration, we decided to move the opening until July, when the whole gang is (hopefully) in Copenhagen at the same time.
The date should be announced soon, and you, dear readers, will be the first to know!

Let me make amends to you all by showing you the new US dust jackets for the re-badged MBT. (That's right; re-badged. If you have not caught it in previous posts, the US/Can series of Monster Blood Tattoo will now be dubbed The Foundlings Tale, with the titles of each individual volume to stay the same)

The images in the covers are very vertical, I know, that's how Jamie (the illustrator) likes it. Though these are not exactly how I conceive the Half-Continent, as an illustrator myself I like to have a little latitude to create and conjure and so, whilst the pedantic author in me wanted to fuss about accuracy, the empathetic illustrator in me was more than happy to grant scope to a fellow fabulist.

I hope they meet with your approval... If not, that's cool, too.

Zodiac tattoo designs are quickly catching up with lot of people. Several people are proud of their zodiac sign and would love to flaunt it. Indian zodiac signs also consist of 12 signs but these signs have different names and designs than those used in the west. To determine the Indian zodiac sign it is important to know the exact time of birth as this system is based on the movements of the moon across the celestial.


Once you have decided upon the zodiac design you will be get tattooed, you can go the easy way and just do a Google search on it and get hundreds of generic designs and use one of them. The disadvantage of this approach is that your tattoo will be really commonplace and no-one will even care to give it a second look. For example if you want to get a tattoo of Libra, you can just take a design showing two unbalanced scales and you are done. Gemini Tattoos

The Gemini tattoo is among the most sought after of the astrological tattoos. For people born between May 22nd and June 23rd, there are very many tattoo designs which are formed around the Gemini theme.

2) What part of the body you want the tattoo placed.


3) The pedigree of the tattoo artist you are visting. You want the procedure done by a professional artist with a good reputation, in order to avoid mistakes, and discomfort during the procedure.
