Bye bye 2014

This is it! 2014... done!! NEXT!!!

There is many things that could be said about 2014 and Conspiracy Inc. but why dwell on the past when there is so many things to look forward to in 2015? 
I do want to thank all the customers who came and got tattooed at Conspiracy, be by the permanent crew or guest artists. Also a huge thanks to the awesome people we have had visiting here and working with us. I hope that 2015 will bring more guests and life to the shop... I already have some good news for you guys later in this post... Be patient. So, Thanks to everybody who visited and supported Conspiracy Inc. and I hope to see you in 2015.

There will be many new and exciting changes in the new year. First of all we have the new kid on the block, Jakub. We are planning on making new Conspiracy history together, just you wait and see!! We will soon reveal some of our plans so stay tuned. 

I wish I could reveal it all right now but everything at the right time so the plans have to stay in my head for a bit longer. 

BUT!!! Guests!! Back to the guests!!! The year hasn't even started yet but so many exciting people are already lined up to greet you in the new year. I hope that you will all come by and see them and get tattooed by them. I am very excited about all the life and buzz there will be in the shop already in the first few months of this new year. The year I am hoping will set Conspiracy Inc. back on track towards WORLD DOMINATION!!!

That is just the beginning and we are looking forward to have more friends working with us and to give you the opportunity to get work done by many amazing artists. 

In Febuary i, Uncle Allan, will be working on the Brighton Tattoo convention. There will be no booking for this, just drop by and see what premade designs I have ready to tattoo.

I'm looking forward to be back at this convention and I hope that the weather will be better this time so more of you people will have the chance to go.

本年は皆様方の多大なるご愛顧、ご鞭撻により充実した日々を迎えることができました。少し偏屈な自分の我儘にもお付き合いいただき感謝のしようもございません。本当にありがとうございました。

頭が悪いので偉そうなことは言えませんが、それを認識しているだけでも良しとする事で日頃の間違いをお許しください。

来年はもっとシンプルに、全精力を鏃の切っ先に集約し困難な生き辛いこの世の中を進んでいきたいと思います。

Here goes the neighborhood

I guess it is about time we introduce the newest addition to the ever changing Conspiracy family. He has now been with us for a month and I still don't want to kill him so I think I'll keep him...for now...
Let me intruduce.... 

Mr. Jakub Settgast

As you can see above, we are dealing with one bad mofo. A speed devil, a free spirit, a lone rider (when he isn't riding with his wife and two kids) and a all around tough guy! 

I first met Jakub about 8 years ago when he was a smaller, more emo version of the bad ass we see today. He came to get tattooed by me in Copenhagen and now many years later and in a different country, I have the pleasure to tattoo beside him.

  I am happy that he is a better tattooer than photo editor, so here is a small selection of photos of his work and there is more to be found in his tab in the top of the page.

Allthough he is all about Harley Davidsons and boobies and Death Metal, he still have a soft spot for Robyn so I will end this post with a little video to say welcome to Conspiracy Inc.

The Blog Lives On

I know that I, Uncle Allan, isn't exactly known for my many updates on my own blog, BUT.... I will do my best to keep this blog alive. Flora Amalie, who has been the blog wiz, won't be with us here at Conspiracy Inc. tattoo any more but this here blog will still function as a place to find information and news about both permanent artists and guests, events and other exciting news. So don't give up on this here blog just yet.
I have been trying, for the last couple of hours, to figure out how to work this blog and I seem to have figured a couple of things out already. My Bio will be updated soon, but I have already added some new photos to my tab. There will soon be a new tab for our new Artist, Jakub Settgast...more about him soon too. There has been added some previews of the new T-shirts avalieable in the merch section and I also updated the news. I know it doesn't seem like much but I'm pretty happy I got this far on a sunday afternoon.
There will be plenty of updates in the near future and much is going on at the shop so keep an eye on this blog to find out what new Conspiracies we are working on.

No blog post without a picture so here is a photo of some of the paintings that will be hanging at Dodo Beach Records till the end of January. Dodo beach is a cool vinyl store close to Conspiracy Inc. so if you have a bit of extra time before or after your appointment here, then go check out their selection of cool vinyls and my contribution to the decor for the next couple of months. There is new paintings of some of my favorite musicians, artwork I did for bands, and photos of different bands I have taken. So please go take a look and maybe buy a print or a painting or maybe just a couple of records.

   I am pretty sure I won't be able to do as good a job on this blog as Amalie have done so far but I will try my best.

Dearest readers of this blog, and clients of Conspiracy Inc.

I'm sad to have to announce that i am no longer going to be working at Conspiracy Inc.
As most of you know, me and Allan split up earlier in the year, and while we initially planned on keeping the shop together, we've had to realize that it's just not working out.

I've had over 10 awesome years at three different locations, in two different countries, and it's been a fucking blast.
I've loved managing the shop, being part of the process of building and decorating each shop, taking pictures for the instagram, and just being a part of making the studio what it is today.
Hell, i even enjoyed the tube cleaning years!
But most of all getting to know so many awesome people.

Conspiracy Inc. has the worlds best clients, who've always been extremely generous and thoughtful, and i'm happy to have met them all, and to have the privilege of calling some of them my friends.

I started writing this blog way back in 2009, and whether you just come for the guest artist updates, pop by in a while to see what's new, or have been with me from the start; thanks so much for reading!

I wish Allan and his crew all the best in the future.

あ、帰国しました。今回は波乱万丈、いろいろなことがありました。

帰りに飛行機乗れなかったり、オーガナイザーが約束していた出演料払わなかったり、ラブホテル宿泊だったり。

いい勉強でした。
